We offer NGS data analysis as an end-to-end service from planning to publication and computational analysis of genome-wide data with tailored analysis, interpretation and visualization of results. We provide up-to-date bioinformatics services with support during all stages of a project including research and experiment design, scientific writing with bioinformatics report tailored to specific requirements.

Microbiome data is becoming more complex with advancing sequencing technologies. ML, a branch of AI, is an upcoming method to analyse large microbiome data sets. ML carries out complex analysis by learning from the data, instead of using pre-programmed rules. Best performing ML algorithms are trained to predict/identify target variables.
